DO I HAVE TO PLACE MY ORDER AT THE TIME OF THE PORTRAIT VIEWING?

Yes, this is when I am best able to give you my professional guidance on image selections, so all decision-makers in the family should be present.

CAN I GET THE DIGITAL FILES OF THE IMAGES?

I specialize in Fine Art photographic prints and wall art, but I do make digital file packages available as add-ons with the purchase of your print and wall art.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

Retouched fine art prints start at $295, and collection packages start at $895. There are a wide variety of display and framing options to choose from.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS WOULD SUIT MY HOME BEST?

You can send photos of the wall(s) in your house that you have in mind to display your images. Tape an 8.5 in. x 11 in. sheet of paper to the wall for scale and snap your photos. (Tip: be sure to get a wide shot of the wall. Stand back so we can see a little floor and a little ceiling, if possible, so we can really get a feel for the scale.) Feel free to send as many as you like. Then on my computer, I am able to “virtually hang” art on your wall, so you can visualize the size and see what the portrait will look like.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Delivery varies depending on the products you purchase, you can expect orders to be delivered in approximately three to six weeks.

DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, I accept all major CC, as well as ACH, cash or personal checks.

DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, I can work out a plan that you feel comfortable with. Please note that your prints and wall art will be delivered upon payment in full.

CAN I ORDER PRINTS AT A LATER DATE?

Absolutely. I archive all shoots on two separate drives, which I currently do not charge for, but, there will be an admin Session Reactivation fee.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Should you need to reschedule, please contact call or email ASAP.

WILL I GET MY SESSION DEPOSIT REFUNDED IF I CANCEL?

Any canceled, rescheduled, or missed sessions automatically turn your session fee into a credit toward a future session fee or print product.
